Hunting is a central part of our food philosophy.
Working with fresh, local game meat from the surrounding area gives us at Munkedals Herrgård the opportunity to create unique and genuine dining experiences. Our elk and deer sausages and elk meatballs are some of the dishes we proudly prepare from scratch. Of course, we also offer vegetarian options and seasonal menus to ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy.
