Course golf
Munkedal’s golf course is one of Bohuslän’s and the West Coast’s finest golf courses. The golf course is beautifully located in the middle of Munkedal by the Örekils River.
Paddle
The Kaserna canoe center is scenic located at the beach edge. Here begins the more than 4 km long floated channel where, as the name indicates, has been a transport route for timber to Munkedal.
Maltes trail
Maltes trail is a scenic walking route around Rödberget at Saltkällan, just south of Munkedal’s urban area.
Dalslands moose ranch
Did you know that the moose can run up to 60 km/h and that they have an extremely developed hearing and sense of smell. Visit Dalsland’s Moose Ranch with moose park, moose shop and coffee shop to find out more about the moose.

Nordens Ark
Nordens Ark is working to give endangered animals a future. The zoo is open year-round. In the Wild Park you will find wildlife, such as amurtiger, pallet cat, wolverine, reindeer, birds and amphibians.
Kvistrum Nature Reserve
Steep with a view over the reserve, which is located on the eastern side of the valley of the Örekils River, next to the Munkedal community and consists of the Klevaberget’s steep slope to the west. From the highest parties a magnificent view of the valley is offered. The highest point of the mountain reaches 104 meters above sea level. The cliff basin crashes down the mountain slope in a beautiful waterfall.
